Glenn
E. Siegel
Glenn E. Siegel was born and raised in Bergen
County, New Jersey. While attending Fair Lawn High School,
he interned and worked on the campaign for Congressman Robert
Torricelli, and obtained an interest in law. After graduating
from high school, he attended Indiana University in Bloomington,
Indiana, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in history,
with minors in business and economics.
Glenn went on to study law at Nova Southeastern University
in Fort Lauderdale, where he served for two years as an Editor
for the International Journal of Comparative Law Review.
While in law school, he interned at the City Prosecutor's office.
After graduating from law school, Glenn began his legal career
with Lesser & Lesser, PLLC (now Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith,
PLLC), where he practiced primarily in the area of personal
injury litigation. He then went to work for Progressive Insurance
Company, where he oversaw and determined the proper course
of action for all personal injury protection (PIP) litigation
filed against Progressive in Palm Beach County. After Progressive,
Glenn switched sides and worked with Kane & Kane, representing
the plaintiffs in the area of PIP litigation. During his tenure
of over six years there, he handled in excess of 2,000 PIP
cases, and has several published legal opinions involving various
PIP issues. During his employ at Kane & Kane, Glenn also
represented injured plaintiffs and their families while handling
personal injury cases.
In August of 2006, Glenn rejoined the law firm of Lesser,
Lesser, Landy & Smith, where he returned with his experience
and skill in PIP litigation, and is head of the firm's PIP
suit litigation department. He also continued to handle automobile
negligence, premises liability and general personal injury
cases.
Glenn is married to Lee Siegel who is a court reporter in
Palm Beach County, and they have two sons, Evan and Alex.
