Joseph B. Landy
Joseph Landy joined Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith as a shareholder on October 1, 2001. His practice is limited to representing individuals who have suffered personal injuries or wrongful death, including nursing home negligence, catastrophic injuries, product liability, and motor vehicle accident litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Landy was a partner at the law firm of Kubicki Draper. During his tenure at Kubicki Draper, Mr. Landy tried a large volume of cases on behalf of insurance companies. Since joining the firm, Mr. Landy has used his extensive trial and litigation experience solely to benefit the injured.
