Lesser,
Lesser, Landy & Smith, PLLC focuses on serious personal
injury and wrongful death cases. We do no formal advertising,
and all of our clients are referred to us by our current
and former clients, lawyers and other professionals and our
friends in the community. As all of our clients are referred
to the Firm, this allows us to work hard on pushing our cases
forward and focus on service to our clients. We have been
able to obtain significant
settlements and verdicts over
the years. and we hope to be of service to you and your family.
The
Firm's lawyers have significant trial experience, having
tried hundreds of cases. We are well known to insurance
companies and insurance defense lawyers, and we have a
reputation for working hard and pushing our cases forward
to get the best possible result. The Firm and its partners

donated significant time and money to a variety of charitable
endeavors, including the Florida Bar Foundation, the Jewish
Federation, the Salvation Army and many other charities
and important causes.

We handle cases all over the State of Florida, with offices
in Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Stuart.
All personal
injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, which
means we will not receive any fee unless we recover money
damages on your case. We will also initiate the investigation
of your case without any cost to you. No retainer is required
and all of the expenses for the case are advanced by the
Law Firm. Costs are not recovered by the firm unless we recover
money damages on your case.
The firm
has expanded to nine lawyers, and we handle all personal
injury cases including car accidents, premises liability
("slip and fall"), wrongful death, nursing home
liability/neglect, defective product injuries and related
matters. We have obtained significant
monetary recoveries for our clients over the years. Let

Joseph
Lesser established the firm’s beginnings, both in terms
