He disarms and relaxes the client so that he can get the highest quality information from which to do his job. He is brilliant, but doesn’t ever talk down to the client. I just completed a case wherein I had suffered a fall at work. I was not only injured, but suffered sinus issues, loss of work, then lost my job. “Joseph Landy and his firm were recommended to me after a slip and fall accident in the lobby area of a condominium where I was a rental tenant. My initial injury of a broken ankle became much more complex as my leg became infected requiring treatment at three area hospitals, three surgeries, innovative stem cell therapy and finally, 9 months after my accident, I was free of intravenous therapy and assistance aids.
