Lesser Law Firm Donates More than $269,000 to Local Charitable and Civic Organizations

Commitment to Community Photo

Firm Founder Joseph Lesser laid the groundwork 95 years ago for what has become the foundation of Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith’s legacy – professional service, hard work and dedication to our clients, and the importance of community service.

We are pleased to share that in 2022, the Firm donated more than $269,000 to dozens of charitable and civic organizations that support projects benefiting communities in Palm Beach County and Martin County.

“The Firm has long been dedicated to helping our clients and helping our community,” Managing Partner Gary Lesser said. “We look forward to continuing to show our support for community service in 2023.”

The Sounds of Success Community Marching Band is among the many organizations we supported in 2022. The marching band, comprised of a group of student musicians, were invited to perform during London Bank Week in June 2023. Most of the band’s 100 members hail from underprivileged communities, and the price tag to send them overseas is about $500,000.

Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith, PLLC donated $10,000 toward their goal, and we will continue to support their fundraising efforts in the months to come.

“No one must write a big check to make this happen, although they’ll gladly take it. Sending these kids to London is going to take the effort of many people coming together. Any donation is gladly accepted, and it will take many of them to get this done,” Lesser said.

We invite you to join us in making the dreams come true for these student musicians by donating here:  SOUNDS OF SUCCESS (soswarriors.com)
