Supporting Oakstone Academy

On Saturday, the Firm was the sponsor of Oakstone  Academy’s annual “Art for Autism” fundraiser.  The event was held at Bond and Smolders in Boynton Beach.  It featured fine wines, fantastic food, great live music, and amazing pieces of art created by the students.  Joe, who is on the school’s Board of Directors, said, “The event is turning out to be our most successful one yet.  I am thrilled that we were able to help the school and its students, and have a blast at the same time.”

Oakstone Academy is the only school in Florida that was founded on the principle of providing a truly inclusive environment for children with autism spectrum disorders utilizing sound research and practice, allowing students to be full participants in the classroom with peers who do not have disabilities. Their inclusive setting has been a rewarding success for all of their students: those on the autism spectrum develop social and academic competency while students without disabilities develop compassion and leadership. They proudly serve gifted and advanced learners who strive to cultivate compassion and leadership skills while learning at their pace.  Oakstone Academy Palm Beach is an amazing program that we are proud to support.
