Supporting Our Community Partners – Rotary Club of Boca Raton

The motto “Service Above Self” speaks to the dedication of the Rotary Club and its members.  Partner Steven Clarfield joined the Rotary Club of Boca Raton to help make a difference in his community while finding comradery and friendship from his fellow Rotarians.

The Boca Raton Chapter Steve joined has local service projects ranging from scholarships and mentoring to Youth in Government.  Steve has already found his niche and is volunteering to become a student mentor.

“I like being part of such a large group that is making a difference in our community.  Since 1957, the Club’s “Changing Lives and Building Futures” scholarship program has underwritten college scholarships for local high school students.  This provides high-achieving, disadvantaged local students an opportunity to pursue careers of their choice and change the outcome of their futures.  Their mentorship and scholarship programs really speaks to me,” said Steve.
