There are definite time limits to sue in a Florida product liability case. There’s something called the Statute of Limitations. That’s the period of time from the date of the incident. That if you don’t file suit, or resolve your claim, your claim is legally barred and extinguished. There’s also something called the Statute of Repose. That deals with the date of the manufacture of the product. These are complicated legal issues. Our firm has been handling product liability cases throughout Florida for 85 years.
