Do I have to give a recorded statement to the insurance company in a Florida auto accident case?

Transcript

You never have to give a recorded statement to the other party’s insurance company, and you should never, ever do so. You are required to co-operate with your insurance company. However, you should always consult with a lawyer before doing so, because you want to make sure you provide all the information they’re entitled to, but don’t do or say something that could harm your case.
