If I am sued in a car accident injury case in Florida, will my insurance company defend me in court?

Transcript

Yes, unless you do something to void the coverage. That’s why it’s very important to immediately put the insurance company on notice of the accident so they can begin doing their investigation and to also cooperate with them throughout their investigation. If you fail to cooperate they can revoke the coverage, but absent that they should defend you until the case concludes.
