If I bring a claim against my mother’s nursing home will the nursing home’s insurance cover the award?

Under Florida law, nursing home operators are required to have a policy of insurance in place for that particular facility. Unfortunately, we consistently encounter nursing homes that fail to comply with the law or have very small policies of insurance which could never possibly fully compensate for the damages’ cost. Even if a facility is uninsured, we’re willing to handle the case, aggressively pursue it, and get the recovery directly from the nursing home itself.
