Transcript

If you choose to Sue a particular Nursing Home, the question often arises whether or not to remove your loved one to another facility. Well, there’s two basic things you need to look at to take into consideration. First, how is a jury, or whoever is evaluating the case going to look at the case if your concerned about harm caused at a particular facility but not concerned enough that you would move your resident to another facility. Secondly, some people unfortunately can be vindictive and you have to think twice about whether or not you leave your loved one in their care.
