Non-economic damages are called the human elements of damage and are the most important part of any personal injury case. Non-economic damages would include pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience and loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life. The non-economic elements of damage are the elements of damage that define our lives and are the things we live for, the things we enjoy doing, but you can’t because of an accident.
