In the arena of nursing home litigation, it’s not uncommon for our clients, the nursing home residents, to have difficulties communicating. Tragically, many of them suffer from Alzheimer and are unable to communicate at all. In those cases, we look with a fine-tooth comb through the medical records in order to prove up our case. Those medical records become the bible of the case and lead us to the justice.
